When ordering Perforated Plate

The following information is critical when obtaining a quote or sending through an order for your requirements.

• Quantity - Number of plates or pieces required.Consignment stock holding is offered by Allied if arrangements are made with Management.
• Aperture - is the aperture required round , square or slotted.As a rule of Thumb your aperture must always be bigger than the thickness of your plate, in some cases we can punch the hole the same as the thickness.
• Thickness - how thick is the plate you require.
• Pitch - what is the pitch of the holes you require , if not specified we will supply the standard pitch taking into consideration your aperture and thickness required.
• Width - width of the plate/piece require.
• Length - length of your plate/piece required
• Margins - Do you require any specific margins (border that is not perforated), if not specified we will supply the standard.
• Material - the grade of material required , in most cases Mild Steel , Galvanised or Stainless Steel.
